Ladies of WOW, we are joining leaders Hayley and Larisa every Saturday in November for their "In the weighting" group.
We'd like to take this month to work on our sense of community. What better way to do that than to join our sisters in restoration and sweat.
Here's a glimpse of "About in The Weighting"
"In the Weighting is all about movement. The way the Lord moves our hearts and minds. The way He moves us into community to help navigate life's peaks and valleys. And yes, the way we can challenge our bodies to move, no matter our season of life." All equipment is provided and modifications are demonstrated. Meet in the ministry center.
